Welcome to Stellara ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how Natlex IT collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use the Stellara mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Territorial Scope

Stellara operates globally excluding the Russian Federation.

This App is not intended for, and is not available to, users who are residents or citizens of Russia.

We do not target, solicit, accept or process personal data of any persons located in or residents of the Russian Federation.

If you are located in Russia, please do not use our website or application.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide Directly

Account Data: Email address, name, password (hashed)
Profile Data: Gender, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, current city
Google Sign-In: Google user ID, email, name
Dream Content: Dream descriptions and emotional state
Palm Photographs: Images of your palm
Partner Data: Partner's name, date/time/place of birth (for compatibility)
Preferences: Language, theme, notification settings, timezone

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

Device Data: Operating system type and version
FCM Token: For push notifications
Usage Data: Feature usage and coin transaction log

2.3 Data We Do Not Collect

We do not use cookies or web tracking technologies
We do not collect precise GPS location
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs
We do not collect advertising identifiers
We do not collect contacts, call logs, or SMS data

3. Special Categories of Data

Certain data (dream descriptions, palm photographs, birth data) may be considered sensitive. We process this data only to provide the specific feature you requested and only with your explicit consent at the time of use. You are never required to provide this data.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data exclusively for:

Generating personalized horoscopes, tarot readings, dream interpretations, natal charts, palm analyses, compatibility reports, and affirmations
Authentication and account management
Delivering push notifications (only if you opt in)
Processing subscriptions and payments
App personalization and improvements

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or sale to third parties.

5. Third-Party Data Processing

We share your data only with the following trusted providers:

Google Cloud (Vertex AI) — AI content generation (United States)
Google Cloud SQL — Database storage (United States)
Google Cloud Run — Application hosting (United States)
Firebase Authentication & Cloud Messaging — Authentication and push notifications (United States)
Apple App Store / Google Play — Payment processing

All providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

6. International Data Transfer & Storage

All user data is stored on secure Google Cloud servers located in the United States.

This App is not offered to users in Russia and does not process personal data of Russian residents. For all other users, by using the App you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal data in the United States.

7. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently and irreversibly removed.

8. Your Rights

You can:

View and edit your profile data in the App
Delete your account and all data at any time (Settings → Delete Account)
Withdraw consent for notifications in Settings

9. Children's Privacy

Stellara is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@natlex.it and we will promptly delete it.

10. AI Content Generation

All horoscopes, interpretations, charts and readings are generated by Google Vertex AI (Gemini). Your input data is sent to Google only for processing and is not used to train their models.

11. Push Notifications

Push notifications are sent only if you explicitly opt in. You can disable them at any time in the App or device settings.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified through the App. The "Last Updated" date shows when the latest version became effective.
