By downloading, installing, or using Stellara (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Stellara operates globally excluding the Russian Federation.
This App is not intended for, and is not available to, users who are residents or citizens of Russia.
We do not target, solicit, accept or provide the App to any persons located in or residents of the Russian Federation.
If you are located in Russia, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Stellara. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow users under 16. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.
To access the App's features, you must create an account using your email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

All content generated by Stellara is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Stellara does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. AI-generated horoscopes, tarot readings, dream interpretations, palm analyses, and compatibility reports are not scientifically validated and should not be relied upon for making important life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for matters concerning your health, finances, relationships, or legal affairs.
Stellara uses a virtual currency system ("Coins"). Free-tier users receive a daily allocation of Coins. Premium subscribers receive an increased daily allocation. Coins are consumed when you use certain paid features.
Coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside the App. Unused Coins do not carry over beyond the daily grant.
Stellara offers optional paid subscription plans (monthly and annual). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refund policies are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms.
You retain ownership of all content you submit (dream descriptions, palm photographs, profile information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for providing the App's services.
Your content is processed by Google Vertex AI (Gemini) only as needed to fulfill your specific request. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You agree not to:
All rights in the App, its design, code, and brand assets belong to Natlex IT. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings ("Delete Account"). Upon deletion, all your personal data and content are permanently removed.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natlex IT and Stellara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the App or any AI-generated content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Stellara does not offer the App to users in Russia and does not provide services to residents of the Russian Federation. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the United States.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
